| Ill be traveling to the US (San Diego) next week. While there, Im
planning to purchase some hardware (i.e. notebook/laptop, etc.).
Can anyone tell me the names of some discount electronic hardware
stores in the area or - even better - their URL? |
| Ich hab hier schon mal was vom Developer Hardware Discount Program
gelesen.
mich dort mal angemeldet.

| Did you check SEARS? How about True Value? Maybe Home Depot?
Lowes? Or, even better, you should support your local hardware store

| Grainger has been a good source. Prices are generally in line with the
discount houses for the same products, and their shipping is very fast,
since they forward the order to a warehouse close to you. The catelog is
large and varied. You need to have some sort of business identity to do
business with them, but theyre not that picky. They run frequent sales
featuring selected items and give you email notification, if you want
it. No push lawn mowers, though. |
